el perelló is located in the baix ebre region and, according to 2008 data, it has a population of 3,140 inhabitants. the most relevant evidence of human presence in this territory during prehistoric times is cave painting. the cabra feixet cave, as well as other nearby sites, conserves samples of the most singular art of european prehistory: levantine art. in 1998, these pictorial samples were included by unesco in the list of world heritage sites, and their historical value is immeasurable.the house dates back to the year 1900 and has 201m² of built area and is distributed in a semi-basement, ground floor and two upper floors. in the semi-basement there is a store room and a living room with fireplace. on the ground floor there is a kitchen with dining room and the staircase leading to the two upper floors, where we find the bedrooms and bathrooms of the house.it is equipped with ceramic hob, electric boiler and double glazed aluminium windows.
